Key Bible verses 3: LEVITICUS (old testament, third book of the Christian Bible)
Some selected highlights from the Christian Bibles for sharing with others, and my comments in [ ] or ( )
Lev 19:2 "You shall be Holy; (perfect) for I the Lord your God AM Holy."
19:15 You shall judge righteously, not changing in respect to rich or poor, mighty or weak.
19:16 You shall not spread tales and rumors.
19:17 You shall not hate your brother in your heart, and not sin against, nor rebuke your neighbor.
19:18 ... "You shall love your neighbor as yourself; I AM the Lord God."
19:34 Any stranger who dwells with you shall be as one born among you; and you shall love him as yourself...; I AM the Lord your God.
25:17 You shall not oppress one another...; for I AM the Lord your God.
25:23 Land shall not be sold forever, for all land is Mine, for you are strangers (upon Earth) and SOJOURNERS WITH ME. [!! If all nations would abandon their nationalistic sovereignty delusions, and know that all land on this planet belongs to Jesus Christ, then there would be no nation to battle any other nation ! War is only a result of the ongoing delusions of nations and nationalism. The "United Nations" is only a weak step in the long road to eventual transnationalism: The planetary governemnt of ALL People, by ALL People and for ALL People. Even more importantly, we ABIDE (are Sojourners) with God in Jesus Christ in Their One Combined and Coordinate Spirit of Truth. Some here are now given to Know this in Spirit and in their souls and minds.]
Rather than show all the many and serious errors in Leviticus and other books in the Bible, we try to focus on the most positive and true cream of the crop.
Any other comments on any verses from Leviticus? Note that I am being very eclectic, and thus the verses are very few. The New Testament, especially John, has many more key and super-key verses, as we shall see later. Next will be Numbers
